Total lack of appreciation of my time. It took hours to have a ten minute procedure. Your admin is far too over-complicated There is no liaison between people giving the treatment and the back-up staff. I (and the delivery nurse) had to wait ages for the pharmacy to provide the necessary instillations even ‘though they knew I was coming and the nurse doing the installation had tried as hard as she could to get the instillation chemicals delivered by the time of my appointment.

The consultant Dr Sri was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about next steps. The nurse taking my blood test was great too.

A 5* service from all concerned. Dr Haidry and the team at Cleveland resolved my swallowing issue when others had failed to do so. Whilst nobody wishes for a medical procedure, if it becomes necessary then Cleveland Clinic is the place to go.

Hospital itself was clean. But nobody came in to wipe dinner tray as I spilt some food as could not sit up due to procedure. No drinks menu or coffee or tea had to ask nurse for a cup of tea. Wanted some tea and biscuits after procedure no biscuits available which I found strange. Was disappointed with food vegetables and sausages at breakfast looked undercooked
